After the loss of the Space Shuttle Challenger, seven craters
on the eastern rim of this basin were named after the crew:
Gregory Jarvis, Christa McAuliffe, Ronald McNair, Ellison Onizuka,
Judith Resnik, Dick Scobee, Michael Smith.
